To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we’ve outlined our key policies below. Please review them before booking — they help us provide the highest level of care and consistency to each client.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp, as we have a significant waiting list.

✦ If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before or in case of a no-show, we will kindly require a 50% prepayment to confirm your next appointment.

✦ If you do not attend a prepaid appointment, the payment is forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred.

✦ If you need to reschedule a prepaid appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance — in this case, your prepayment will be fully transferred to the new booking.

✦ If a prepaid appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, the prepayment will be forfeited.

Package Terms & Conditions

💳 Payment: Full payment is required in advance or at your first session.

📆 Validity: The validity period starts on the date of purchase.

🔁 Non-refundable: Packages are non-refundable, even if not fully used.

⏳ No extensions: Sessions must be used within the validity period. Expired sessions cannot be reactivated or refunded.

📅 Advance booking required: Availability is not guaranteed. Please book in advance to secure your preferred time slots.

👤 Non-transferable: Packages may not be transferred to another person, except for the Platinum Package, which can be shared by two people max (specified at purchase).

🔄 No substitutions: Packages apply only to the included treatments and cannot be exchanged for other services or gift vouchers.

📝 Treatment selection: Packages may include any treatments, but the selected treatments must be specified at the time of purchase and cannot be changed afterwards.

📍 In-studio only: All sessions must take place at Face Cult. Packages do not apply to off-site treatments.
